700 GPD 7 Stage RO/DI Water System

Jett Water Systems Model JWS-700-5SB 700 GPD UltraPure RO system was designed, and extensively tested, to provide 99.9995% pure water. Read on for the extensive list of standard features and options available for this system.

• The system has 2 stage RO, an industry first, and comes standard with a 500 GPD Axeon TF-3012-500 high rejection membrane and dual Axeon TF1812-150 membranes connected in parallel.
• The system is powered by a 1.5 gpm Aquatec 5357-2LM2-B574 booster pump (24VDC, 1.5 GPM, 3/8" JG) with Aquatec power transformer (110VAC/24VDC 6.7A), Aquatec PSW-340 40 psi high pressure switch, and Aquatec electronic shut off valve. As a result, permeate recovery rates of 40-50% are achievable. (Note: The system requires 115VAC unswitched outlet for operation).
• John Guest premium fittings are standard, for leak free operation and Mur-Lok antimicrobial tubing to inhibit bacteria, biofilm, yeast, and mold formation.
• A premium contemporary ceramic disc faucet, in brushed nickel or chrome finish, is included for years of problem free water delivery. May be purchased with or without faucet.
• Five filtration stages
• Stage 1- 2.5" x 10" 5 micron spun polypropylene sediment depth filter for removal of suspended solids.
• Stage 2 - 2.5" x 10" 5 micron KX Matrikx CTO coconut shell activated carbon block filter for removal of chlorine, taste, odors, pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, and organics.
• Stage 3 - 2.5" x 10" 1 micron KX Matrikx Chloraguard coconut shell catalytic carbon block filter for removal of chloramine, VOCs, THMs.
• Stage 4a -0.0001  micron AxeonTF-3012-500 Thin Film Composite Reverse Osmosis membrane filtration for removal of 99%+ of all dissolved water contaminants, including microorganisms, heavy metals, radionuclides, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), flouride, salts, and much more.
• Stage 4B - Brine(wastewater) from Stage 1 RO is passed through dual 2nd Stage 0.0001 micron Axeon TF-1812-150 TFC membranes to improve RO water recovery to 50%+. 
• Stage 5 - Filtration through dual 2.5" x 10" UltraPure IEX mixed bed ion exchange filters. Mixed bed ion exchange eliminates all residual cations and anions, including dissolved carbon dioxide, resulting in 99.9995% water purity. Water quality is continuously monitored by an HM Digital DM-2 Dual Channel inline TDS monitor.
• 3/8" female NPT x 3/8" male NPT x 3/8" push to connect John Guest angle stop valve for leak free water supply connection.
